Back To Work
The goal of our surgeons and staff is to ensure injured workers get all the right care to get them back to work, and help them learn how to avoid similar injuries in the future.
Our medical team will manage worker’s treatment processes completely, including:
- diagnosing the injury
- arranging any necessary diagnostic tests like MRIs and x-rays, both of which can be done right here at the Institute
- scheduling surgery, if necessary. Often, surgeries can be performed at the Institute’s Surgery Center
- arranging non-operative treatment, surgery, physical therapy, orthotics or a combination of these approaches as necessary

This exclusive resource is an integral part of the Institute’s comprehensive care approach, and one that employees and employers will benefit from in multiple ways. Our Worker’s Compensation Coordinator:
- understands the process and documentation needs of these cases
- can “speak the language” of insurance companies, employers and doctors
- coordinates requests and input from everyone involved

Work Rehabilitation
Our work rehabilitation program helps people return to work by reducing their physical stress while helping them improve overall physical performance. The ultimate goal is to help the worker use existing work performance capabilities to get through a day’s work without overusing their body, and with enough energy left over to enjoy their life outside of work.
