Referring a Patient
Our surgeons and staff approach referrals with a commitment to act as a partner with you for the benefit of your patient’s health.
- You are welcome to send patients directly to us; a formal referral is not required.
- Our surgeons are very happy to consult directly with you, whether or not you ultimately refer your patient. We welcome calls and questions about tests, treatments or any other aspect of your patient’s care.
- Each time we see a patient, our office notes are sent directly to you, via the EPIC system or in any other format you would like.
- During and following treatment, your patient is encouraged to contact you for non-orthopedic care.
- If your patient experiences an urgent orthopedic care situation, the physician will inform you about your patient’s condition and treatment.
